Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director of the Washington, DC Internship Program. Founded in 1967, The SUNY Washington Internship Program allows students to live and intern in our nation's capital, an ideal location to experience direct involvement in politics and all other professional fields. Reporting to the Director of Global Education and Engagement, the Associate Director of Washington DC Internship program will provide strategic leadership and direction of the program. The Associate Director must have the skills necessary to manage all aspects of the program including: recruit students to the program; visit campuses to maintain and/or build new partnerships; deliver presentations; network with local organizations in DC; cultivate internship placements and liaise with site supervisors; provide internship placement support; engage with Brockport alumni in the DC area, oversight of student support services; coordination of weekly seminars; supervise Internship Coordinator position. Remains available on evenings and weekends if student emergencies arise.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
Salary and Benefits: The Minimum Salary for this position is $60,000.
