Min T/E Requirements:
Masters Degree in student development, higher education administration, or other related discipline from an accredited college or university. Two years experience in student affairs (graduate work is acceptable). Experience working with fraternities and sororities is strongly preferred. Experience in website development, social media, marketing and/or assessment preferred.

Primary Purpose of Position:
The Assistant Director is responsible for the shared development, implementation, and supervision of a comprehensive campus engagement and leadership program which meets the needs of a diverse university community.

The Assistant Director is directly responsible for:
The Assistant Director will also support general programming efforts of the office including the Distinguished Speaker Series, Late Night Breakfast, Homecoming, Festival at Old Main, leadership programming, student organization support, and other events.
Work also includes other duties as assigned by the Director.
Frequent late night and weekend work is required.
