Job/Department Summary:

Under general supervision, this position provides general office support and customer service in the Student Financial Services (SFIN) department which includes providing students, parents, faculty, and staff information regarding registration, housing and course fees, financial aid and disbursement, refunds, parking decal sales, payment plans. This position is responsible for coordinating the student withdrawal billing and third party corporate sponsor billing. They will also be involved in the posting of veteran tuition benefits. The position will support term setup and testing as well as student clubs financial management.

Mandatory Vaccinations:

The CSU requires faculty, staff, and students who are accessing campus facilities to be immunized against COVID-19 or have received a medical or religious exemption. Selected candidates should be prepared to comply with this requirement.

Preferences:

Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills:

Bilingual.
Project management experience.
Experience with data analysis.
Experience building and working with SQL statements and/or Query writing.

Required Education and Experience:

Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.

AND

Equivalent to four years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience which has provided the above knowledge and abilities.

Time Base: Full-time- 1.0

Pay Plan: 12/12

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer - Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm.

Salary and Benefits Information:

$3,532 - $6,198 per month / $42,384 - $74,376 annually (New employees should anticipate being hired at the beginning of the salary range)
