JobSummary:
Maintain multiple budget records (including grant, foundation, and college operating budgets), reconciling any discrepancies and working with appropriate departments such as Finance, Business Services, Purchasing, etc. for CLCE and other areas of the Community Alignment.
Work with CLCE director and other Student Affairs "Engagement" team members on scheduling meetings, events, finance, workshops and programs.
Serve as marketing/communications lead in the preparation of promotional materials, marketing, handouts, and office forms.
Coordinate and manage CLCE Vans (JUMP Buses) schedule, Risk Management Approvals, trainings, and van maintenance.
Support and coordinate events that are CLCE-led and community-centered including some shared responsibilities with other colleagues. These may include Community Partner events (Tours, Fairs, etc), Thaddeus and Polly Seymour Acts of Kindness Day, SPARC, Halloween Howl and other community events.
Advise and supervise The Student Support Foundation (SSF) in providing direction on projects related to student philanthropy.
Coordinate, train, supervise, and evaluate S.O.A.P.S (Student Office Assistant Personnel-Federal Work Study Students) in providing direction on projects related to office management, community events, and leadership training.
Serve as the point of entry and clearinghouse between community agencies/non-profit partners and the Center for Leadership & Community Engagement (CLCE) to enhance the academic mission of Rollins College.
Maintain and update CLCE website.
Manage and create, or supervise management, of CLCE social media. Respond to general inquiries to the main CLCE inbox.
Oversee day to day operations of the CLCE including answering phones, meet and greet guests, travel reimbursements, event support, and necessary paperwork.
Manage key databases of information (assessment, attendance, service hours, community partners, JUMP Bus use).
Participate in reporting, assessment, and data collection when directed.
Coordinate and meet with agencies and non-profit partners (in partnership with CLCE Staff and faculty) to set up community engagement efforts that support academic mission, learning outcomes, and pressing community need.
Coordinate community partners and non-profit agencies with Rollins community partner service database - GivePulse. Update and maintain community partner databases.
Coordinate and maintain active lists of community engagement partners needs
Assist faculty with community engagement/immersion logistics.
Attend community events, programs, and functions to support faculty and student direct service, research, and scholarship.
Coordinate student payroll process to include employment paperwork, approval of online timesheets and matters of payroll follow-up for CLCE and other areas of the Community Alignment.
Participate on campus-wide committees that enhance academic mission and relate to community engagement and student success.


MinimumQualifications & Education:
High school education plus one year of additional technical of specialized accounting education which may be obtained in college of in technical or business school.
Requires two years of job-related experience in a non-profit organization or in a college/university setting.
Ability to supervise and collaborate with others in a team-driven environment.
Ability to analyze information and make judgment decisions.
Knowledge and practice of multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff and community members by establishing good working relationships that are grounded in learning and personal development.
Ability to understand and interpret complex oral and written instructions.
Proficient in accounting, financial planning and budgeting.
Ability to maintain and update databases, files and records with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy.
Ability to operate office equipment such as multi-line telephone systems, copier, fax machine, etc.
Knowledge, skill and advanced proficiency in web development and use of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, database programs, Illustrator, Photo Editing, etc.
Possess avalid driver's license, or ability to obtain an Florida driver's license within 30 days of accepting the job, and acceptable MVR are required. Comfort with driving and maintaining a 15-passenger bus required.


Preferred Qualifications:
College/University Degree.
Proven success with supervision, working with community organizations and students.
Work Schedule: The Program Coordinator role is a full-time12-month appointment, scheduled to work 7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours per week.The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.*

*Overtime and weekends may be required as needed.


Work Environment:
Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.
Work requires visual strain and use of computer.
